ACSE's commitment to research extends back decades: the experience gained through technological use and choice of methodologies allow it to conduct research projects either as main contractor or as a partner.

ACSE's research function, distributed in our offices in Milan, Catania and Cluj Napoca (Rumania), takes the form of participation in various national and european projects.
Research activities and investments in innovation have brought the company to be included in the list of research labs of the Italian Ministry of Education and Research and be accredited as one of the centres for technology transfer by the Lombardia Region.

ACSE's research labs allow companies, in particular small & medium-sized ones, to be partners in innovative IT projects, improve their knowledge management and overall IT skills.

The skill set is also made available to businesses that need to redefine their business lines/markets through technological adaptation and thus achieve better processes and improved organisational efficiency.

ACSE's research labs provide feasibility studies, design and development of process interfaces, implementation of peripheral functions, data modelling, data warehousing, data fusion, elearning, and Knowledge Management.

One of ACSE's goals for research is the promotion of projects where industrial and research entities (univesities, public or private labs) are tightly-knit in a specialised environment that maintains flexibility within the project with a high degree of innovation.
