ISO 9001 Certification
In 2001, ACSE defined and implemented its own Quality management system. Fully operational at the start of 2002, the system was vetted by ANCIS (an accredited SINCERT evaluation firm), leading to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 certification.
The actual certificate, issued on May 23, 2002 was renewed on March 30, 2005 after a full review of the system.
Activities subject to certification cover three points, all part of area EA33:
- analysis, design and development of built-to-order software
- design and delivery of e-learning training methods
- delivery of professional services in the field of information technology.
For 2007, ACSE's quality objectives include:
- improve efficiency in production processes (software projects and professional services)
- monitor project deadlines
- increase customer loyalty and acquire new clients
- increase the proportion of clients declaring that services provided met expectations
- verify the effectiveness of the claims management process and client problem-solving
- increase internal training, and in particular class hours
- increase personnel satisfaction levels
